American Income Life is holding interviews for full time and part time Customer Service orientated positions! AIL seeks a select group of leaders, entrepreneurs, and high achievers eager to jump start their sales career with a fast-paced, stable, and internationally growing company.
 
Servicing the state of Arizona by delivering supplemental benefits to our Teachers, Firefighters, Police Officers, Nurses, and other union based organizations and Associations. We work with 30,000 labor unions, as well as State and Federal Employment Groups.

We also provide additional benefits to our members through our Child Safe and Health Discount Card programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Customer Service experience is preferred but NOT required

Excellent Communication Skills

Dependable Transportation

Ability to multitask

Ability to read spread sheets

Must adhere to ALL company regulations and ethics.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help facilitate benefits to Union Members and affiliates

Determine eligibility for new Members

Respond to service request

Provide excellent Customer Service to our Members

Help and assist with application process
